Important Update – Stock Take & Christmas Closure Dates

All departments are closed on Monday 18th December 2023 for annual stock taking.

We will re-open on Tuesday 19th December 2023 to respond to inquiries, process, engrave & despatch orders as usual. This is our final opening day in 2023.

Please ensure all orders are placed and invoices settled before 2.30pm to guarantee despatch in 2023.

Christmas Closures

Thursday 14th December 2023 – Factory Closure

Tuesday 19th December 2023 – Final day to despatch & engrave orders in 2023.

Wednesday 20th December 2023 – Monday 1st January 2024 – All departments closed.

Tuesday 2nd January 2024 – Re-open.

The Grandeur Edition publication will continue into 2024. All active accounts will be notified with a price update to your account email in Mid-December 2023. Please contact us if you do not receive the update by emailing sales@swatkins.com.

Our online digital catalogue will include recommended retail prices for 2024 and this will be live on Tuesday 2nd January 2024. Swatkins Group reserves the right to update prices.

All new prices will be valid for any orders placed; invoice settled & despatched after Tuesday 19th December 2023. All 2023 quotations will be re-quoted if orders are placed after this date.

Please note our factory closure. Any Swatkins handmade products not in stock after Thursday 14th December won’t be available to order until we open on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 and will be charged at the new 2024 prices.
