Firstly we hope everyone had an enjoyable festive season and a very Happy New Year.
On behalf of all the team at Swatkins, we would like to thank you for your continued support in 2020. We really appreciate your business and we look forward to a positive 2021.
Swatkins is open!
We are pleased to announce we are open for manufacturing, engraving and dispatch every Tuesday and Wednesday in January 2021, until further notice. On Monday, Thursday and Friday our offices are closed. Should you require any information please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as soon as possible.
Our engraving department is working on a 1-2 day turnaround and our silverware factory is working on a 1 week turnaround for any special or repair items.
We want to reassure you that Swatkins Group is following all Public Health England’s advice on hygiene and safety during the coronavirus pandemic and most recent lock down. In line with the governments guidelines over the past few months, we are all working hard to help prevent the spread of coronavirus and so we have a limited workforce at this time.

2019-2020 Catalogue continuing into 2021
Due to the events surrounding coronavirus, we will be continuing our ‘Finest Presentation Awards 2019-2020‘ edition into 2021.
The silver and base metals we use to manufacture our products have dramatically increased over the past 3 years, however we will not be increasing our catalogue prices for Swatkins products and they will stay the same for a third year. Please note any specially made or bespoke items will be re-quoted for 2021.

We are fully prepared for any European shipment following the new guidelines and regulations for customs requirements. Our commodity tariff codes are allocated to each item and will be clearly labelled on our invoice. We will require valid VAT, EORI and telephone numbers for all shipments leaving the UK mainland.
Our carriage charges for all EU shipments have changed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for prices and more information.

We will be supplying our products and services on a pro forma basis and will require payment before any orders are processed or dispatched. This payment structure will continue for the foreseeable future and we apologise if this causes any inconvenience.
